Why go
- Bulk soul sand/soil, fossil bone blocks, and the best ghast-tear hunting in the Nether. Soul Speed enchanted boots turn the terrain into a highway.
Tips
- Soul sand slows you - use Soul Speed boots or ride a strider over the lava channels.
- Ghast fireballs light soul soil into soul fire (blue, double damage) - keep your base flammable-free.
- Skeletons plus ghasts make this the most dangerous common Nether biome; keep moving.
