Minecraft Potions
19 potions with exact brewing recipes, durations and when to use them.
Brewing basics
- Brewing stand: 1 blaze rod + 3 cobblestone-tier blocks. Each blaze powder fuels 20 brewing operations.
- Awkward Potion (nether wart + water bottle) is the base of everything except Weakness, which brews a fermented spider eye straight into a water bottle.
- Modifiers: redstone = longer, glowstone = stronger (pick one), gunpowder = throwable splash, dragon's breath = lingering cloud (for tipped arrows).
- Fermented spider eye corrupts effects: Swiftness becomes Slowness, Healing becomes Harming, Night Vision becomes Invisibility.
