Variants
Extended with redstone dust (1:30 Java, 2:00 Bedrock). Regeneration II with glowstone dust: 0:22, healing a half heart every 1.25 seconds instead of every 2.5.

Edition notes
Ghast tears are the bottleneck: ghasts spawn in the Nether, so farm them in soul sand valleys or with a ghast farm. Extended duration differs between Java and Bedrock. Added in 1.0.0 (Beta 1.9-pre2).
