Break and replace a workstation to reroll an unemployed villager's profession, or a traded villager's offers - but only before you trade with it once. After the first trade, its profession and trades lock.
Versions: Professions and workstations are the same on Java and Bedrock. Trade offers have small differences between editions, and the experimental villager trade rebalance changes librarian offers when enabled.
