- Elder guardians have a 20% chance to drop the tide armor trim, and Looting does not change it
- Duplicate any trim: template + 7 diamonds + its matching block (cobblestone, sandstone, blackstone, purpur, prismarine...) gives 2
Uses
- Smithing table: trim + armor piece + trim material recolors the pattern on your armor
- Trim materials include iron, gold, diamond, emerald, lapis, redstone, copper, amethyst, quartz, netherite and resin
- Purely cosmetic: trims add zero protection, so flex freely
Renewability
No: every trim is finite structure or boss loot, but each one duplicates with diamonds once found
