How to get it

• Mine gravel: 10% flint per block, jumping to 100% with Fortune III - Silk Touch gets you nothing
• Re-place and re-mine the same gravel stack until every block is flint
• Loot village fletcher chests or trade with fletcher villagers

Uses

• Craft flint and steel: the classic way to light fires, portals and the occasional forest accident
• Craft arrows by the stack - 1 flint, 1 stick, 1 feather makes 4
• Craft fletching tables to employ villagers as fletchers and unlock arrow trades
• Feed it to your fletchers: they buy gravel and sell flint, a tidy little gravel disposal

Renewability

Renewable: gravel regenerates through piglin bartering, so flint never runs out.
