- Buy 2 for 1 emerald from journeyman-level cleric villagers
Uses
- Boost potion potency: glowstone dust upgrades most potions to level II (Healing II, Swiftness II, Poison II...) at the cost of duration
- Brewing a water bottle with glowstone makes a useless thick potion - skip it
- Craft glowstone blocks back (4 dust) for bright, spawn-proof lighting
- Note: glowstone and redstone cancel each other out - you cannot have both potency and duration
Renewability
Renewable: glowstone respawns nowhere, but witch farms and cleric trades make dust infinite.
