- Chest loot in dungeons, mineshafts, strongholds, villages, desert and jungle pyramids, Nether fortresses and bastions
- Fishing treasure (0.8%), leatherworker villager trade (8-10 emeralds), or a free drop from every ravager and strider jockey
Uses
- Ride and control horses, donkeys, mules, camels, pigs and striders - equines must be tamed first
- Remove it any time from the mob's inventory; a saddled mob drops the saddle when killed
- Pigs need a carrot on a stick to steer; striders need a warped fungus on a stick
Renewability
Fully renewable: crafting, fishing, leatherworker trades and ravager drops all provide infinite saddles.
