How to kill Polar Bear

Drops 0-2 raw cod or salmon (cooked if burning). Never attack one near a cub: every adult within 41x21x41 blocks turns hostile at once, and they hit for up to 9 damage on Hard.

Behavior

Adults are neutral until you attack or go near a cub - then every adult in a 41x21x41 area becomes hostile, rearing up on its hind legs to maul. They swim as fast as the player, hunt foxes on sight, and are immune to powder snow freezing. Babies are always passive.

Taming and breeding

Cannot be tamed or bred - polar bears never follow players or accept food. The only way to move one is a lead or a boat.
