The story
The slowly rotating blurred world behind the Minecraft main menu from Beta 1.8 (2011) to 1.13. The seed was cracked by the Minecraft@Home community on July 18, 2020 after about a month of research. A second valid seed exists - 8091867987493326313 - because old versions used only 48 bits of the seed, so thousands of seeds generate this same world.
