Quick answer: Cuts crossbow charge time by 0.25 seconds per level. The normal load time is 1.25 seconds, so Quick Charge III loads in 0.5 seconds. With commands at level V or higher in Java the crossbow loads instantly.

- Enchanting table (levels I and II)
- Fishing, monster rooms and stronghold library chests (levels I and II)
- Level III: combine two crossbows or books that both have Quick Charge II in an anvil
Best uses
A standard pick for crossbow builds, especially with Multishot or Piercing.
