How to get it

• Harvest cave vines in lush caves: right-click a berry-bearing vine, or break it - Fortune does not affect the yield
• Plant glow berries under almost any solid block: the cave vine grows downward and regrows berries on its own
• Vines with berries glow at light level 14 - you can spot them from far away

Uses

• Eat them: a light snack, mostly useful because the vine is also a lamp
• Natural lighting: berry-bearing vines light caves at level 14 without torches
• Breed foxes - glow berries work exactly like sweet berries for fox love

Renewability

Renewable: vines keep producing berries forever once planted.
