Uses
- Equip it on a happy ghast to make it rideable - up to four players can ride a single happy ghast; a dispenser can also equip it
- Happy ghasts without a harness follow players holding one; the aviator goggles lower over the ghast's eyes while it is being ridden, which shows even when the rider is invisible
- Remove it with shears to drop the harness as an item; when the rider dismounts, the ghast snaps to the nearest cardinal direction and can be stood on like a solid block
