How do you get Mushroom Stew in Minecraft?

Craft shapeless: 1 red mushroom + 1 brown mushroom + 1 bowl (in 26.x, shelf mushrooms work as one of the two) Milk a mooshroom with an empty bowl - unlimited stew, no cooldown, straight from the cow Mushrooms grow in dark places: caves, swamps, mushroom fields and the Nether

What is Mushroom Stew used for?

Eat it: 6 hunger and 7.2 saturation, and the bowl comes back empty for reuse The infinite food glitch-that-isn't: one mooshroom plus a stack of bowls is a self-service stew dispenser Does not stack, so it shines as a stationary food rather than adventuring rations
