How to kill Elder Guardian
Drink water breathing and use Depth Strider; fight it in a corner to avoid its laser charge (4-9 damage) and spike defense. Milk removes its Mining Fatigue III. Kill all three before draining or mining the monument.
Behavior
Fires a charging laser beam at players and squid, inflicts Mining Fatigue III for 5 minutes on any player nearby (ghostly jumpscare in Java), and retracts defensive spikes. Swimming away breaks the laser lock.

Cannot be tamed or bred.
