Spawn conditions: One dragon spawns about 1 second after something first arrives in the End; resummon it with four end crystals, one on each side of the exit portal (on bedrock or obsidian).

How to kill Ender Dragon
Destroy the end crystals on the obsidian pillars so it cannot heal, then attack the dragon with a bow and with melee. Bring Slow Falling or a water bucket.
