Zombie Nautilus

Quick answer: Only as the mount of a zombie nautilus jockey: when an adult drowned wielding a trident spawns outside river biomes (naturally or in structures like ocean ruins), it has a 50% chance to appear riding one - so they show up in dripstone caves and ocean biomes. Jockeys in warm oceans ride the coral variant, which only differs in looks.

Spawn conditions: Never on its own: it spawns as the mount of a trident-wielding drowned jockey (50% chance per qualifying drowned spawn), or via spawn egg. Warm ocean spawns produce the coral variant.

How to kill Zombie Nautilus

Kill the drowned rider first - while mounted, the jockey controls the movement. The mount itself is undead: Instant Health potions damage it, Instant Damage heals it and Smite applies. 15 HP. Any saddle or armor it wears drops on death.

Behavior

Neutral while untamed and passive once tamed, but it is undead: Instant Health hurts it and Instant Damage heals it. Tamed and saddled it rides like the living nautilus but faster - up to 7.15 m/s with the same chargeable dash. It does not despawn even on Peaceful difficulty.

Taming and breeding

Tame it by feeding pufferfish or buckets of pufferfish (1/3 chance each; also good for tempting). Heal it with any fish or bucket of fish. It cannot be bred - there is no baby variant.
