How to get Uneasy Alliance

Find a Ghast in an open Nether area (soul sand valleys and basalt deltas have the most spawns) and note where it hovers.
Build a large nether portal nearby, at least 10x10 on the inside, so the 4-block-wide Ghast fits through comfortably. Light it.
Lure the Ghast through the portal: stand on the other side so it drifts toward you, and use a fishing rod to pull it the last blocks through the frame. Its fireballs cannot damage the obsidian frame.
Once it is through, go to the Overworld side yourself and kill it there. The advancement only requires that you are in the Overworld when you get the kill credit.

Tips

Ghasts have only 10 health, so a single good bow shot usually finishes them. Build a cobblestone shelter on the Overworld side before starting: a fireball from your confused passenger can start fires everywhere. Return to Sender (killing a Ghast with its own fireball) is a natural warm-up for this one.
