Minecraft /difficulty command
Java EditionBedrock EditionSince Java 1.4.2 (12w32a) / Pocket 1.0.5
Quick answer: Sets or queries the world's difficulty level. Syntax:
difficulty [peaceful|easy|normal|hard]/difficulty switches between peaceful, easy, normal and hard. On peaceful, hostile mobs stop spawning and players regenerate health; on hard, zombies can break wooden doors and starvation can kill. Run it with no argument to see the current difficulty. On a multiplayer server the change lasts until restart, when the difficulty in server.properties is reloaded.
