How to Make Purpur Stairs in Minecraft
Guide Java Bedrock
Quick answer: Put 6 purpur blocks in a crafting table (one block in the top-left slot, two down the left side of the middle row and three across the bottom row) to make four stairs. A stonecutter also works: one stair per purpur block.
What you need
- 6 purpur blocks per craft
- Crafting table or stonecutter
- Pickaxe
Step by step
- Collect purpur blocks.
- Open a crafting table and place one block in the top-left slot, two down the left side of the middle row and three across the bottom row.
- Take four stairs. One craft uses 6 blocks.
- To use a stonecutter, put one purpur block in it and choose the purpur stairs output.
- Mine placed purpur stairs with a pickaxe to get them back. Without a pickaxe they drop nothing.
Java vs Bedrock
The crafting recipe and the stonecutter route both exist for this block.
