How to kill Mule

It is a passive mount - no reason to kill it. If you must, it has 15 to 30 health; note that a chested mule drops its chest and everything inside, and killing a tamed mule shows a death message to its owner in Bedrock.

Behavior

Wanders, rears and grazes like a horse. It falls safely from 6 blocks and takes half fall damage, and slowly regenerates health over time. Mount it repeatedly with an empty hand until hearts appear to tame it - feeding sugar, wheat or apples raises its temper and speeds taming.

Taming and breeding

Tame it by mounting until it stops bucking, then add a saddle to ride it and a chest for 15 extra inventory slots - the best pack animal for long trips. A chest can never be removed except by killing the mule. Mules cannot be bred: every mule comes from a horse and a donkey.
