How to get Stay Hydrated!

Bring it to any water source in any dimension.
Place the dried ghast block into water.
It starts rehydrating, and the advancement completes.

Tips

Leave it waterlogged: after about 20 minutes the dried ghast becomes a ghastling, and raised on snowballs it grows into the happy ghast you can fly with up to four players.
