How to get Local Brewery

Craft a brewing stand with 1 blaze rod and 3 blocks of any cobblestone-tier stone: cobblestone, blackstone and cobbled deepslate all work.
Or skip the crafting: brewing stands also generate in igloo basements and in village churches.
Fuel it with blaze powder and put water bottles in the three bottom slots (nether wart on top if you want real potions).
Take any item OUT of a potion slot: even a plain water bottle or an empty glass bottle counts. Picking it up completes the advancement.

Tips

You don't need nether wart or a finished potion at all: loading water bottles and removing one already grants the advancement. An early village church is the fastest free brewing stand.
