How to get A Furious Cocktail

You need all 17 potion-obtainable status effects active at once: Fire Resistance, Infested, Invisibility, Jump Boost, Night Vision, Oozing, Poison, Regeneration, Resistance, Slow Falling, Slowness, Speed, Strength, Water Breathing, Weakness, Weaving and Wind Charged.
Brew every required potion: the 13 classic ones plus the four added in 1.21 (Wind Charging, Weaving, Oozing and Infestation, from Trial Chambers materials). A Potion of the Turtle Master covers Resistance and Slowness with one bottle.
Turn them into Splash Potions with gunpowder, stand still, and throw them at your feet in quick succession.
Throw the shortest-duration effects last (the Turtle Master is only 20 seconds at level I, so it goes last).

Tips

Splash potions of extended duration make this much more forgiving. The source of the effect does not matter, so tipped arrows shot straight up or a beacon's Regeneration also count. The 100 XP reward makes it a decent burst of experience late-game.
