How to get You Need a Mint

Bring a stack of empty Glass Bottles to the End (craft from glass, or buy from cleric villagers).
During the dragon fight, watch for the Ender Dragon's breath attack: it leaves a purple lingering cloud on the ground. Its fireballs leave the same clouds on impact.
Right-click the purple cloud with an empty bottle to collect Dragon's Breath.

Tips

Dragon's Breath is the ingredient for Lingering Potions (brew it with a splash potion), which are required for tipped arrows. Collect at least a dozen while you are there: coming back later means respawning the dragon.
