How to get Country Lode, Take Me Home

  1. Get a lodestone: craft it from 8 chiseled stone bricks around 1 netherite ingot, or loot one from a bastion remnant chest.
  2. Place the lodestone wherever you want a permanent waypoint: home, a base, a portal hub.
  3. Use a compass on the lodestone: it becomes a lodestone compass that always points to that block.
  4. Linking the compass completes the advancement.

Tips

The lodestone compass works in any dimension, unlike a normal compass that spins uselessly outside the Overworld. Bastion chests are the cheap route: crafting costs a whole netherite ingot.
