How to get Heart Transplanter

  1. Find a pale garden at night and locate an active creaking heart tucked between two pale oak logs.
  2. Mine it with a Silk Touch tool: without Silk Touch the heart breaks and drops nothing.
  3. Take 2 pale oak logs from the same forest.
  4. Rebuild the sandwich anywhere: two pale oak logs with the creaking heart directly between them along the same axis.
  5. Placing it with the correct alignment completes the advancement.

Tips

Silk Touch is mandatory, so enchant an axe before visiting the pale garden. A correctly placed heart behaves like a natural one: it activates at night and can spawn creakings, so place your transplant far from your base.
