How to get Great View From Up Here

Defeat the ender dragon and use an end gateway to reach an end city.
Let a shulker bullet hit you: it applies Levitation for 10 seconds.
Travel 50 blocks vertically while Levitation is active. The distance counts in either direction and doesn't have to be caused by the levitation itself.
Easiest method: stand at the bottom of a tall end city tower, get hit and float up the open shaft; extra hits from other shulkers keep you rising.
The advancement (and 50 XP) triggers the instant your vertical travel with Levitation reaches 50 blocks.

Tips

The real danger is the landing: when the effect ends you fall. Carry a water bucket, ender pearls or slow falling potions, and never drink milk mid-air, since milk removes the Levitation keeping you up.
