How to get Sticky Situation

  1. Get a honey block: fill glass bottles at a full bee nest or beehive (honey level 5) and craft 4 honey bottles into one. A campfire under the nest keeps the bees calm while you harvest.
  2. Place the honey block high up with open air beside it: on the side of a pillar or a cliff.
  3. Jump from above and fall PAST the block, hugging its vertical side. Landing on top doesn't count: you must collide with the side while falling.
  4. The block slows you into a slide down its face, and that completes the advancement.

Tips

Easiest setup: build a 10-block pillar, stick one honey block on its side near the top, climb up, walk off and drift into the wall. The honey slide also removes all fall damage from that slide.
