Advancements are exclusive to Java Edition. The Bedrock Edition equivalent is achievements, which have different objectives.

How to get Stone Age

1. Punch a tree, craft planks, then a crafting table.
2. Craft a wooden pickaxe: 3 planks across the top and 2 sticks down the middle.
3. Mine any stone block with it: regular stone gives cobblestone.
4. Cobblestone, blackstone or cobbled deepslate in your inventory completes the advancement.

Tips

Any of the three stone types counts, so Nether players can grab blackstone instead. Your next stop: the stone pickaxe (Getting an Upgrade), which mines twice as fast and lasts much longer.
