How to get The Healing Power of Friendship!

Catch an axolotl in a bucket in a lush cave (see The Cutest Predator).
Take it somewhere with hostile aquatic mobs: an ocean monument, a drowned river or any deep water.
Release the axolotl and let it engage a drowned, guardian or squid... it must pick a target.
Deal the final damage to the axolotl's target while staying within 20 blocks of your teammate.
The axolotl rewards you with Regeneration, and that effect completes the advancement.

Tips

The same assist also removes your mining fatigue, the classic trick for ocean monuments without milk. Give the axolotl a name tag or keep it in a bucket between fights so your healer never despawns.
