How to get Is It a Balloon?

  1. Craft a spyglass (1 amethyst shard plus 2 copper ingots) and take it to the Nether.
  2. Find a ghast: they float over soul sand valleys, basalt deltas and nether wastes.
  3. Zoom in on the ghast with the spyglass.
  4. The advancement unlocks as soon as the ghast fills your view.

Tips

Ghasts are huge, so this is easy from a fortress bridge or a basalt pillar. Bring blocks to pillar up and a fire resistance potion if you have one: the ghast will not hold still politely while you aim.
