How to get Is It a Plane?

  1. Craft a spyglass and bring it through the End portal (see the stronghold and dragon guides for the full route).
  2. Enter the End.
  3. Aim the spyglass up at the ender dragon as it flies around the towers.
  4. The advancement unlocks the moment the dragon is in your view.

Tips

Do this at the start of the fight, before the crystals go down and the chaos starts. The dragon perches over the fountain regularly, which gives a long, steady window to aim.
