How to get Respecting the Remnants
- Craft a brush: a feather, a copper ingot and a stick.
- Find suspicious sand or suspicious gravel: desert temples, desert wells, warm and cold ocean ruins, and trail ruins all hide it.
- Hold use with the brush on the suspicious block until the item inside pops out.
- Get any pottery sherd into your inventory. Brushing and having the sherd can happen separately, so looting one from a friend counts.
Tips
Suspicious blocks break instantly if touched by a tool or falling, so clear the area and brush carefully. Every sherd pattern comes from a specific structure, so collect them all for decorated pots (see Careful Restoration).
