How to get Very Very Frightening

  1. Get a Trident: Drowned occasionally spawn holding one and drop it (about 8.5% chance, higher with Looting).
  2. Enchant it with Channeling (enchanting table, librarian trade or looted books).
  3. Wait for a thunderstorm (a real storm, not just rain).
  4. Hit a Villager with the thrown trident during the storm: lightning strikes it, the villager turns into a Witch, and the advancement triggers.

Tips

Do this away from your trading hall, since lightning also kills livestock and can turn pigs into zombified piglins. The same Channeling trident on a Creeper creates a Charged Creeper, which is how you farm mob heads.
